NAR-INDIA members encompass all parts of the country. NAR-INDIA is an association of associations. Its members are the city level associations of realtors located in various cities of India. Professional realtors can become members of APP Delhi NCR which in turn implies becoming a member of NAR India.

NAR-INDIA’s International Affiliations REALTORS’

Registered Members of The NATIONALASSOCIATION OF REALTORS’ which was founded as the National Association of Real Estate Exchanges on May 12, 1908, at the YMCA Auditorium in Chicago, Il. The core purpose of the NATIONALASSOCIATION OF REALTORS’ is to help its members become more profitable and successful.

The International Consortium of Real Estate Associations (ICREA) is an alliance whose members are leading national real estate organizations in the world's major markets. Through a multilateral agreement and specific business practice protocols, this alliance provides significant benefits not only to its constituent members who seek to do transnational business but to its domestic constituents as well. ICREA's primary objective is to assist members of the respective organizations in efficiently and profitably facilitating transnational business, including through a Transnational Referral System and a Distinctive Properties Advertising service.


ICREA sets standards for international real estate practice and facilitates worldwide real estate transactions through its website, WorldProperties.com.

The International Real Property Foundation (IRPF) is an independent, non-profit, public purpose 501c(3) Foundation with a mission to create viable, private real estate markets worldwide which are essential for strong democracies and developing economies. Its goal is to develop ethical and skilled real estate professionals committed to preserving and advancing rights of real property and housing ownership as critical elements in establishing and growing property markets and creating civil societies.

USAID is an independent federal government agency that receives overall foreign policy guidance from the Secretary of State. The agency's work supports long-term and equitable economic growth and advances U.S. foreign policy objectives by supporting: economic growth, agriculture and trade, global health and democracy, conflict prevention and humanitarian assistance.

The Denver Board of REALTORS’, founded in 1888, is the oldest real estate trade association in Colorado. The Denver Board of REALTORS’ represents approximately 3,700 REALTORS’ in the Denver metropolitan area. As the Ambassador Association for NAR-INDIA, the Denver Board of REALTORS’ provides much needed technical and development guidance and support.
