1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing the APP website and member portal, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are prohibited from using this site.

2. Membership Eligibility Membership is strictly reserved for real estate professionals, developers, and associated service providers operating within the National Capital Region (NCR). APP reserves the right to verify all RERA credentials and deny or revoke membership for non-compliance.

3. Intellectual Property Rights All content, trademarks, logos, and data on this website, including “RealTalk” session materials and “BXP” proprietary data, are the intellectual property of APP. You are granted a limited license to access and use the site for professional purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written consent.

4. User Conduct Members agree not to:

• Use the Member Directory for unsolicited mass marketing or spam.
• Post false, misleading, or defamatory content regarding other members or projects.
• Violate any applicable local, state, or national laws, including RERA regulations.

5. Limitation of Liability APP acts solely as a facilitator for networking and education. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from business transactions, partnerships, or agreements made between members.

6. Governing Law These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi.
