Refund & Cancellation Policy
1. Membership Fees
- Application Fees: All one-time application and processing fees are non-refundable.
- Annual Subscription: Membership dues are non-refundable once the membership period has commenced. In the event of a rejected application, a full refund of the annual fee will be processed within 14 business days.
2. Event Registration (e.g., Let’s Connect, Summits)
- Cancellations: Refund requests must be submitted in writing at least 72 hours prior to the event start time. Eligible cancellations will receive a refund minus a 10% administrative processing fee.
- Late Cancellations: Requests received less than 72 hours before the event are non-refundable. However, tickets may be transferred to another eligible professional upon request.
- Event Cancellation by APP: If an event is cancelled by the association, registrants will receive a full refund or a credit toward future events.
3. Digital Products Downloads of digital resources (e.g., legal templates, branding kits) are non-refundable due to the nature of the content.
